The Family Farm Academy
Family Farm is a freedom farm Academy designed through Food Forest Abundance in Port Sydney Ontario by designers Lindsay Brandon, Jenn MacAusland and Maria McKenty.
The acreage was designed with food production for the community and space to host events to fundraiser and share Permaculture within their community. A u-pick and hip camp style rentals are a feature as are perennial rows from orchard scale production. A duck island and animal integration for future plans is integrated in the design.

A unique self reliant feature of this property is the giant wood furnace that heats both the house and the shop in the barn through and under ground piping system.
This location is seated in the beautiful communities by Muskoka, some of the most beautiful cottage country in the country! Installation is underway as there is a lot of planting to be implemented over the next few years to establish the property.
