Farm to Table & High Value Crops

Site Goal:  A Farm to Table Luxury barn, high value crops, BNB and on-site caretakers and land managers

Our Role: To evaluate with business design matrix high value crops VS efforts and inputs.  Create a community supportive business model that highlights local produers over competition

Design Approach:  1/2 Day Site visit – Business Design Matrix Consultation – 10 Acre Regenerative design

Outcome: Busiuness Design Matrix: Evaluates inputs and outcomes for business models.  Site Visit provided drone imajery, on-site consultation, site evalutation and deisgn mapping for 40 acre Homestead Design.  Event Centre, high value crops, equestrian areas, caretakers residence, bees.  ***Potential Black Swans!! Major pipelines through the property required an outline of property so that design parameteres fall within the confines of areas alocated for development.  Major highway right of way considerations for Caretakers residence and proximity of building to highway.
