- Photo, video, drone footage
- Retrieve soil samples if a separate soil fertility analysis report has been purchased (additional cost)
- Ecosystem analysis, past / historical uses
- Aspects, existing vegetation & structures
- Prevailing winds, sun, noise sectors
- Views, privacy, neighboring site lines
- Water assessment (a separate purchase is required for detailed water analysis and treatment recommendations)
- Microclimates and exposure, evidence of erosion
- Topographical Assessment
- Pollutants, evidence of pest & disease
Some aspects of the site visit may vary based on the size of the property and the intended area of design.
If you’re not sure about any aspect of this site visit consultation and need to know more before you purchase, please make a booking with us to discuss. Especially if you need a custom quote for a half day consultant site visit outside the areas where our designers live. We’re certainly willing to travel for site visits. Although, we also have lots of permaculture friends all over the world who can perform your site visit on our behalf.
