1/2 Acre design – Sarasota Florida

This design had some interesting parameters to work with. Surrounded by bodies of water, the water table on this property was very high and included rain gardens and plants that like “wet feet”. Other considerations for this project is the high content of sandy soil. Increasing organic matter content in the soil was included in the scope of project to increase the water retention.
