Arleta’s journey through education and diverse professional work/business experiences has led her to specialize in the intricate energetic ecosystems within people, places and systems. Her approach to strategic analysis involves tapping into the collective consciousness and approaching the analysis from a birds’ eye view on a collective resolution of disparity and confusion. With a background enriched by years in people-centric environments, including higher education institutions, she has uncovered a profound truth, particularly in culturally cohesive spaces like workplaces: “When individuals neglect self-care, their concern for the environment around them diminishes.”

Arleta is an Ecosphere Transformation Wizard (ETW) with a BSc. Environmental Science, Certification as OHS & Psychological Safety Advisor, Founder of 7 Lens Guidance, and is a Symbolic Photographer.
